How to Gain Muscle and Lose Weight - Part 2 of 2

This is part 2 of the ongoing, how to gain muscle and lose fat article short series. In the last article, we talked about diet and proper exercise programs.I'd like to mention another great product, No Nonsense Muscle by Vince Delmonte. It's entertaining to read, very comprehensive, includes diet plans and work out plans, and basically teaches you from the ground up how to build muscle and keep it on for good. Don't just take my word for it though, you can check out a review for it at Vince Delmonte Review. Anyway, you came to learn how to gain that muscle, so lets talk about it some more!

What are your body goals. Do you want to gain muscle or lose fat? After that, fix your diet and get a routine like we've already covered. Then its time to get in the mindset to train. Ever hear no pain no gain? Well its time to use that phrase. You are going to work out harder and faster than you ever have before. You will have to get used to the fact that you will get sore.

The biggest misconception about losing fat and body building is that it is actually really hard to do. Not very true. If you eat right and work out as a habit, then you can achieve your dream physique.

Bulking up will require lots and lots of free weight training. This means compound exercises with bar bells, dumbells, squats, chin ups, deadlifts, no machines. If you plan on losing weight, hit the cardio and do machine work. This is the best way to stimulate your metabolism. Either way you choose to go, its the best decision you'll ever make because nothing is more important in life than being healthy. Not only will you be healthier, but your confidence will also be boosted. It is time to start working on that new body! This body won't make itself, so you need to get a routine and get out and start doing it.
